Reggie's Recipe - Braised Pork Fillets

Braised Port Fillets
Ingredients:
1 litre chicken stock
2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
½ cup lite soy sauce
1 teaspoon 5 spice
½ cup soft brown sugar
2 cloves garlic
4-6 slices of ginger
Method:
Combine all ingredients and put in saucepan and boil for 5 mins.
Add 2 pork fillets, reduce the heat to low and cover for 20mins,
Turning the pork halfway through cooking time.
Serve with fresh vegies and noodles or rice.
