Reggie's Recipe - Memorable Meatloaf

Memorable Meatloaf
Make a crumb mix:
200g Breadcrumbs
150g diced bacon
½ cup grated cheese
Combine together and set aside.
1kg lean mince
750g sausage mince
1 sauteed onion
2 grated carrots
1 packet French Onion soup mix
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 beaten egg
Salt and Pepper
Let sautéed onions cool.
Combine all ingredients in one bowl and half the crumb mix.
Mix it all together to make a meatloaf.
Put in meatloaf tin.
Sprinkle remaining crumb mix over the meatloaf.
Cook at 180 degrees for 1 ½ hours.
Serve with mash and vegies.
